First Gen Development was founded by a first-generation college graduate whose opportunities were made possible by his parents’ sacrifices. With a background in web design and IT, he created the business to help others move forward online and to show people from underrepresented backgrounds that there is a place for them in technology. That story shapes the way we work: with gratitude, patience, transparency, and respect for what it takes to build a business.
