First
in the
family.

First Gen Development was founded by a first-generation college graduate whose opportunities were made possible by his parents’ sacrifices.

With a background in web design and IT, he built this business to help others move forward online, and to show people from underrepresented backgrounds there is a place for them in tech.

Gratitude. Patience. Transparency. Respect for what it takes to build a business.

How it goes

  1. 01

    Real conversation

We learn the business, the people it serves, and what you want to fix.

  2. 02

    Clear options

Paths, tradeoffs, responsibilities, and costs, explained before you decide.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

Questions, feedback, and progress stay visible the whole way.

  4. 04

    Leave with clarity

You understand what was built and the accounts and tools behind it.
